NAXEON I AM. WARRANTY
This warranty applies to all original owner. NAXEON warranties are non-transferable.
The warranty period commences from the date of first activation of the electric motorcycle post-delivery and extends for a duration of 24 months, encompassing both the vehicle and its battery.
All warranty repairs completed by the NAXEON Workshop or one of its authorized partners will use NAXEON-approved parts. Parts replaced under warranty must be returned to NAXEON and will become the property of NAXEON. NAXEON may choose to repair or replace other defective parts that are not covered by the warranty. Such actions shall not be deemed an admission of liability.
If maintenance or repairs are conducted by entities other than the NAXEON workshop or its authorized partners, NAXEON will not assume responsibility for the associated costs, and such work will not be eligible for coverage under any NAXEON warranty. Except for items authorized by NAXEON for user self-repair. The NAXEON Warranty is split into three sections: the Vehicle Warranty, the Battery Warranty and the Parts and Accessories Warranty.
NAXEON Vehicle Warranty
During the warranty period, we commit to providing you with the following supp ort and services:
We will provide all parts that malfunction or become damaged within the warranty period for free, except for the following wearable parts that are subject to normal use: tires, brake pads and rotors, belt drive, fork seals, grips, foot pegs, and the seat.
Of course,we will provide all necessary replacement parts and repairs due to material and manufacturing defect.
You can schedule an appointment and find the nearest store for warranty service on our app. Or have the repairs carried out at an authorized service center as directed by NAXEON official instruction.
Should require our service for repair,you may being your vehicle to a fulfillment center our authorized dealer location managed by NEXAON.
If you choose to repair it yourself,you can contact us through various channels such as e-mail,telephone,and social media for professional technical support. NAXEON will also provide necessary information on vehicle repairs and maintenance in the “User Guide” and “Help Center” within the app for your reference.
NAXEON Battery Warranty
Please note that the capacity of the battery will naturally decline over time during use. The battery will gradually age within the warranty period due to different usage, charging, and storage conditions. Therefore, under this warranty, NAXEON will only replace batteries whose capacity has decreased by more than 20%, which requires NAXEON or its authorized service to test the battery.
The NAXEON Battery Warranty ensures that any covered component exhibiting defects in materials or workmanship under normal usage will be repaired or replaced during the warranty period. NAXEON or its authorized partners will determine whether a component should be repaired or replaced. Any parts that are repaired or replaced will remain under warranty for the remaining duration of the original warranty period.
Please ensure that the battery is experiencing natural aging due to normal use. If the battery capacity decline is due to improper storage or other factors leading to accelerated aging, it will not be covered under warranty.
NAXEON Parts and Accessories
All genuine NAXEON parts and accessories are explicitly designed to meet NAXEON’s quality and reliability specifications. Using parts and accessories that have not been approved or fitted under the instruction of NAXEON will result in the warranty becoming void.
The warranty period for NAXEON parts and accessories begins on the delivery date and is valid for 12 months.
All parts or vehicle accessories fitted by NAXEON or one of its authorized partners during warranty repairs are covered for the balance of the original NAXEON manufacturer’s warranty.
The warranty does not cover:
1. Damage resulting from accidents;
2. Mishandling;
3. Improper storag
Liablity Waiver:
This warranty does not cover malfunctions caused by any of the following: Deterioration of paint, polished aluminium, or trim due to wear and tear, exposure, or lack of correct maintenance.
Any NAXEON vehicle which has had its Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) tampered with or removed, or if the odometer reading has been tampered with.
Due to wear and tear caused by
1.The cost of parts and labor involved in any routine servicing, care, and maintenance.
2.Items that are expected to wear and tear due to their normal function, such as tires, footpegs, grips, fork seals, and brake pads. This list is not exhaustive.
3.Deterioration of paint, polished aluminum, or trim due to wear and tear, exposure, or lack of proper maintenance as detailed in the User Manual.
4.Any damage, including but not limited to, wheel or spoke damage resulting from off-road use.
5.Any NAXEON vehicle which has had its Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) tampered with or removed, or if the odometer reading has been tampered with.
6.Corrosion due to lack of proper cleaning and care. To avoid corrosion, we recommend cleaning the motorcycle with a mild detergent and a non-abrasive sponge after every use in wet conditions. More information is available in the User Manual.
7.The results of any modifications made to the motorcycle to conform with legal or local requirements of a market for which it was not manufactured, unless authorized by NAXEON.
8.Misuse of the vehicle, including racing/competition, commercial activities, and overloading.
9.Damage, malfunctions, or performance problems caused by the failure to follow the recommended maintenance requirements as set forth in the NAXEON User Manual.
10.Damage, malfunctions, or performance problems caused by aftermarket accessories not approved by NAXEON.
11.Damage, malfunctions, or performance problems due to modification of the motorcycle for any reason without authorization from NAXEON.
12.Damage, malfunctions, or performance problems due to not following the correct battery charging and storage methods as detailed in the NAXEON User Manual.
13.Damage, malfunctions, or performance problems caused by the use of any charger not approved by NAXEON.
14.Damage, malfunctions, or performance problems caused by fire, collision, accident, or improper storage.
15.Damage, malfunctions, or performance problems caused by continued operation of the motorcycle after a warning light, gauge reading, or other warning indicates a mechanical or operational problem or other performance issues have become evident.
16.Damage, malfunctions, or performance problems caused by external factors, including airborne industrial pollutants (e.g., acid rain), bird droppings, tree sap, stones, floodwater, windstorms, or other similar occurrences.
17.Motorcycles severely damaged or declared a total loss by an insurer.
18.Motorcycles reassembled from or repaired with parts obtained from another used motorcycle.
19.If stored long-term, check the state of charge at least monthly, and charge it back up to full.
Scheduled Maintenance and Limited-Service Life
During regular scheduled service or maintenance procedures, consumable items subject to replacement or adjustment are not included in the NAXEON warranty unless required due to a warranted manufacturing defect.

This NAXEON Warranty only covers NAXEON Motorcycles that are operated according to the following requirements:
• Wearing safety equipment in accordance with local regulations.
• Only using the NAXEON Workshop or NAXEON-approved partners for repairs and services. Except for items authorized by NAXEON for user self-repair. To confirm whether your chosen workshop or technician is approved to work on NAXEON motorcycles, please check it in your NAXEON App.
• Only using NAXEON-approved parts, including but not limited to chargers, cables, and accessories
• Following the correct battery storage and charging processes as detailed in the User Manual.
• Maintaining and storing your motorcycle correctly as described in the NAXEON User Manual.
